Career

Frontline experience that grew into full store leadership.

My career has progressed through customer-facing retail, people support, shift supervision, department leadership, and full store management. Along the way I have built experience in hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, receiving, reporting, compliance, and the systems that keep a high-volume operation under control.

What the progression taught me

01

Execution

Plans only matter if they survive a busy shift, staffing problems, equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, and competing priorities.

02

People

Strong operations depend on interviewing well, training clearly, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building people who can carry responsibility.

03

Systems

Reliable work depends on accurate records, repeatable processes, useful tools, and the discipline to investigate discrepancies instead of working around them.
